We cannot tell you which hospital or doctor to choose, or whether a result here applies to your situation - the figures are hospital-wide statistics and billing records, not clinical judgement. Talk to a clinician who knows your history. In an emergency, call 911.

About a record on this site

Every figure links to the federal file it came from. If your own NPPES entry is out of date, update it at NPPES; the change reaches us at the next monthly refresh. Hospital measures are corrected by the hospital with CMS through Care Compare. If a page here misrepresents what the federal file says - a wrong match, a mislabelled measure, a stale figure - tell us: the page address and what you expected are all we need.

About an exclusion

We match the OIG exclusion list by NPI only and show the OIG's own entry. The authoritative record, and the only place a reinstatement is reflected first, is the OIG exclusion database. If you are listed there under an NPI that is not yours, the OIG - not this site - can correct it.
